Mr. David Yah, who has about 20 years of involvement in the Security Enforcement Fields, Supervisor, customer service, Scheduling Manager/Head of programming and participation in the central office alongside Ms. Viviana Velazquez. 7 years of support for Scheduling Manager, Security Enforcement Field, Customer Service, Accounting Associate / AP / AR, Assisting Head of Human Resources, Accounting, and Chief Executive Officer at HQ. From working at the previous Security Companies,David opened his own practice in 2001, David has clients large and small for nearly 20 years. He made headlines in 2010 when He secured the “Larges client” over 100 guards in one single client and continues to provide the same dedication to all his clients. Practicing since, David has hands-on experience with how technology affects the creative industry. Staying ahead of the Security Businesses frequent changes is David’s sixth sense.

Viviana focuses on the various facets of Business that revolve around digital media and technology. She applies these facets to the Security Business to further advance the company in keeping them up with the latest and most effective technology and Programs. Before V&D Security Services, Viviana worked in Accounting inside Headquarters for nearly 3 years. This was for a Company managing more than 300 Guards. Before Accounting, she also helped with Scheduling Management and assisted in Human Resources and C.E.O. She was even sent out in the Field for various types of Companies such as Health Care, Hospitality, Construction Sites, Commercial Property, and Hi-Tech. One of the best experiences in the field for Viviana was for the Largest Client they had at the time, Quanta Computers, out in Fremont, CA. Viviana is well-trained in the Security Field, On the Field, and in the Office. She has incorporated all her knowledge from those 10 Years working in the Security Business into V&D Security Services and its Security Training. She also acquired the appropriate License to apply for the Security Business. This is the Private Patrol and Qualified Manager Operating License. Ms. Viviana Surpassed the requirements to obtain this License and pass the exam. She has all the appropriate Licenses, Training, Knowledge, and Experience to provide for each guard placed in any Field.

Anival started working as a security guard, his enormous desire and interest in Law enforcement convinced him to enroll at school in the criminal justice field and involved training with Menlo Park Police Department Community Academy. He specializes in all things related to Private and Public safety, whether that’s securing a private or public crime or helping clients work through suggestions.
